2) Process:

1* Sending the material gotten from pretreatment to extractor(rotary or towline type) by the

scraper conveyor, the material will be extracted by the solvent and miscella.

By this way, we get the meal and mixed oil.

2* Separating the solvent from the meal by sending the meal to the toaster.

The solvent goes to condenser and is recycled to rotary extraction.

3* After the mix oil from the rotary extraction enters into 1st evaporator and 2nd evaporator,

most of the solvent in the mix oil is separated.

4* Putting the oil from last step into the stripper to separate the solvent completely, from

which we get the crude oil and solvent. Then sending the solvent to the condenser and

recycle to the rotary/towline extraction.
