soybean Oil seeds Cleaning sieving is specifically designed for the preliminary cleaning of all types of seeds at high flow rates in preparatory section. It effectively removes all size impurities from the seeds. The seed cleaner is fitted with an Aspiration channel for the removal of finer particles like husk, chaff etc. 
Soybean Destoner is used for the cleaning of grain and other granular products such as stones, mudballs, glass pieces, metal pieces etc… from the seeds. The machine is provided with 2 screens in the sieve box for effective separation of stones. Degree of separation can be optimized by individually adjusting screen inclination and air quantity.
Cracker Roller Mill with 4 rolls is used mainly in solvent extraction plants for the crushing of oil seeds. The rolls are pressed together mechanically by disc springs. The feed gate is adjustable to regulate the feed stock. Large doors arranged on both sides of the machine allow visual inspection and sampling

4 Solvent Extraction Plant of soybean Oil plant The Solvent Extraction processing Includes four sections: solvent extraction section; meal desolventizer; miscella oil distillation section ;solvent recovery section; Paraffin oil recovery system( recycle residual solvent)
Solvent Extractor The Extractor is the main equipment in a Solvent Extraction Plant. It is designed in perfect measurements so as to obtain high quality oil and minimum residual oil. The material is transported through the solvent spraying chamber and the speed of transportation can be varied easily. The machine is designed to give sufficient time for penetration and percolation of solvent into the raw material and to view the distribution, view glasses are provided.
Desolventiser-Toaster
The material obtained from the extractor has tendency to retain the solvent, and this solvent has to be recovered. The basic principle involved in Desolventiser Toaster is direct and indirect heating to remove all the residual solvent from the material
Condensers
Solvent Vapours are formed both in Desolventiser and distillation section and these are to be condensed. Adequate surface has been provided in the Condenser for complete condensation of solvent vapor.
Stripping Column
Stripping column is one of the main equipment in the Oiltek Distillation unit. The column is designed to strip the oil with live steam to remove any traces of solvent in the extracted oil.

When oil press operating, the prepared materials enter the pressing chamber from the hopper and then move forwards by the rotating of pressing screw and is pressed by Corn Germ Oil Plant under the high-pressure condition in the chamber, friction between material and chamber will be created, which also created friction and relative movement among material particles, on the other hand, root diameter of the pressing screw carries larger from one end to the other. hence, when rotating,Peanut Groundnut Oil Mill not only pushed particles moving forwards but also turns them outwards as well, meanwhile, particles adjacent the screw will rotation along with Corn Germ Oil Plant rotating, causing every particle inside the chamber to possess different speed, therefore relative movement among particle creates heat Peanut Groundnut Oil Mill is necessary during manufacturing. because of helping protein change property, damage colloid, increase plasticity, decrease oil’s elasticity, resulting in high oil productivity.Corn Germ Oil Plant is rich impurity in the crude corn oil,such as fatty acid,waxiness,soap and more,so the crude corn oil have to refine before eating.The flowing is oil refining machine of corn oil plant.
