As you know the oilseeds is mixed with dust, stone, leaf, so the oilseeds will need to be cleaned before go to the next section, and some of the oilseeds is too hard or big like Sunflower, Sunflower/Sunflower, Sunflower seeds, Sunflower kernel; so the oilseeds should be softened and crushed; Some oilseeds is with husk, like Sunflower, Sunflower, Sunflower and Sunflower kernel, so the oilseeds should remove the husk for the better oil yield.
The oilseeds should be squeezed into cake, and cooked by the cooker, then go to the screw oil press machine to extract the crude Sunflower oil.

Oil seeds Cleaning sieving is specifically designed for the preliminary cleaning of all types of seeds at high flow rates in preparatory section. It effectively removes all size impurities from the seeds. The seed cleaner is fitted with an Aspiration channel for the removal of finer particles like husk, chaff etc. 
Destoner is used for the cleaning of grain and other granular products such as stones, mudballs, glass pieces, metal pieces etc… from the seeds. The machine is provided with 2 screens in the sieve box for effective separation of stones. Degree of separation can be optimized by individually adjusting screen inclination and air quantity.
Cracker Roller Mill with 4 rolls is used mainly in solvent extraction plants for the crushing of oil seeds. The rolls are pressed together mechanically by disc springs. The feed gate is adjustable to regulate the feed stock. Large doors arranged on both sides of the machine allow visual inspection and sampling

Cooker is designed for the cooking and/or conditioning of oilseeds during the preparation process before the mechanical pressing or flaking. Vertical Cookers are multi staged and big size stages are used. Besides sterilizing and decontaminate the seeds, the cooking process is to provide the cooked seeds with plasticity to reduce the oil’s viscosity and clot the proteins

When oil press operating, the prepared materials enter the pressing chamber from the hopper and then move forwards by the rotating of pressing screw and is pressed by Corn Germ Oil Plant under the high-pressure condition in the chamber, friction between material and chamber will be created, which also created friction and relative movement among material particles, on the other hand, root diameter of the pressing screw carries larger from one end to the other. hence, when rotating,Sunflower Oil Production Line not only pushed particles moving forwards but also turns them outwards as well, meanwhile, particles adjacent the screw will rotation along with Corn Germ Oil Plant rotating, causing every particle inside the chamber to possess different speed, therefore relative movement among particle creates heat Sunflower Oil Production Line is necessary during manufacturing. because of helping protein change property, damage colloid, increase plasticity, decrease oil’s elasticity, resulting in high oil productivity.Corn Germ Oil Plant is rich impurity in the crude corn oil,such as fatty acid,waxiness,soap and more,so the crude corn oil have to refine before eating.The flowing is oil refining machine of corn oil plant.
