When oil press operating, the prepared materials enter the pressing chamber from the hopper and then move forwards by
the rotating of pressing screw and is pressed by Automatic oil refining machine under the high-pressure condition in the chamber, friction
between material and chamber will be created, which also created friction and relative movement among material
particles, on the other hand, root diameter of the pressing screw carries larger from one end to the other. hence, when

Corn oil plant main process of Automatic oil refining machine:
Step 1.Corn germ oil machinery Degumming with water to remove the easily hydratable phospholipids and metals.
Step 2.Addition of a small amount of phosphoric or citric acid to convert the remaining non-hydralable phospholipids (Ca, Mg salts) into hydratable phospholipids.
Step 3.Neutralising of the free fatty acids with a slight excess of sodium hydroxide solution, followed by the washing out of soaps and hydrated phospholipids.
Step 4.Automatic oil refining machine is bleaching with natural or acid-activated clay minerals to LDorb colouring components and to
decompose hydroperoxides.
Step 5.Deodorising to remove volatile components, mainly aldehydes and ketones, with low threshold values Corn germ oil machinery for
detection by taste or smell. Deodorisation is essentially a steam distillation process carried out at low pressures (2-6 mbar)and elevated temperatures (180-220°C).
What is automatic oil refining machine?

Refining Tank
Under 60-70℃,it occurs acid-base neutralization reaction with sodium hydroxide ,After stirring by reduction box, it can decrease the acid value in oil and separate the impurity .The oil can be refined further.
Decoloration Tower
Also named bleaching, dewatering pot, it removes water from oil by vacuum. The bleaching earth is breathed into bleaching pot ,after stirring, filtrated by filter and change the color of the oil.
Deodorization Tower
The qualified decolored oil enters into the spiral plate heat exchanger to recover most of the heat, and next goes to high pressure steam heat exchanger to be heated to the process temperature (240-260℃) and then enters the deodorization tower. The upper layer of combined deodorization tower is the packing structure which is mainly used to remove the odor producing components such as free fatty acid (FFA);
Deodorization Tower
The bottom layer is the plate tower which is mainly for achieving the hot decoloring effect and reducing the peroxide value of the oil to zero. Oil from the deodorization tower enters into the heat exchanger to recover most of the heat and makes further heat exchange with crude oil, and then is cooled to 80-85℃ through the cooler. Add the required antioxidant and flavor agent, and then cool the oil below 50℃ and store it.
Leaf Filter
Equipped with vertical leaf filter to remove used bentonite from the oil, operating conveniently and continuously , low laboring tense, keeps environment well, keeps oil residence in deposable bleaching earth in low level.
To keep the whole plant running continuously, we match with 2set of trade off leaf filter. When one filter was filled full, and the other instead of.
Centrifuge
Electric control system:
1.Automatic deslagging,which include part deslagging and full delagging;
2.Schneider touch screen dispalyer and Simens PLC.DP connector to transport data;
