The castor oil characteristics and features:

1,Castor is one of the world's top 10 oil and 4 large non-edible oil crops, the only source of castor oil acid, castor oil acid content contain 88% -90%.

2,Castor oil is different from the other plants, the viscosity is high, therefore the refining conditions are more severe than ordinary vegetable oil.

3,Castor oil (food grade) for food additives, flavorings, candy, castor oil as a fungicide application. Prevent the rotting of rice, wheat and beans.

peanut and soybean the amount of impurity ≤0.1%

cottonseed rapeseed sesame seed the amount of impurity≤0.1%

What is conditioning:

adjusting the moisture and temperature , so that increase the oilseed plasticity, mainly used in low oil content and low moisture oil.

Conditioning purpose:

adjusting the moisture and temperature , so that increase the oilseed plasticity,Reduce powder when flaking and sticky roller, in order to ensure the quality of the flakes. conditioning can also reduce the vibration of the machine when flaking roll wear, in order to facilitate the flaking operate normally.

Our soften machine:

Flaking purpose:The fuel cell wall damaged, then shorten the oil discharged from the oil seed away.

Flaking requirements: the thickness is uniform, moderate size, no out oil, less powder, and with a certain degree of mechanical strength.

Flakes thickness requirements: soybean 0.3 mm, cottonseed O.4 mm, rapeseed 0.35 mm, peanut 0.5mm.

The powder quantity requirements: the power is not more than 3% through a 20 mesh sieve

Crude Oil Refining Machine can be used in black engine oil,Crude oil and plastic oil, etc, by distilled catalyst to get gasoline and diesel oil. The waste oil pump into the distillation of Crude Oil Refining Machine , through the coal (or fuel oil) heating to working temperature, the maximum working temperature by edible oil processing equipment is the 410 degree and the required gasoline and diesel oil can be obtained after catalytic distillation. When the reaction of waste oil in reactor of edible oil processing equipment is complete, stop heating, and remove residue from the tank of bottom, then Crude Oil Refining Machine can be used by edible oil processing equipment again.
