For Pretreating

Sunflower Seed →Cleaning→Crushing →Softening →Flaking→ Cooking →Pressing or Prepressing
1)Cleaning:remove the raw material sunflower seed in various impurities, such as: iron, stones, clump,

such as the plant leaf, clean up till impurity content does not exceed 0.2%.

2)Crushing: In order to meet the requirements of crushing,the sunflower seed is suitable for crushing

with the moisture of 7% to 12%.

3)Softening Process:the purpose of softening is to adjust the moisture and temperature of seed, and

make it soft.

4)Flaking Process: rolling raw material into flakes, and the purpose is to increae surface area, destroy

the sunflower seed cell tissue, shorten the way of oil out from cake.

5)Cooking Process: use steam cooking, inject direct steam and cook the flakes to meet the requirement

of oil press.

6)Pre-press: press the flakes to leave about 16%-18% in the cake. The cake will go to extraction process.

7)Second oil oress: Press the cake till the oil residue is about 5%.

Under the combined effects of several forces, such as the pressure generated as the space in the squeeze

chest becoming smaller, the propulsion of the revolving spiral axes, the resistance of the multilateral arc

curves on the squeeze loops, the extrusion & friction between the oil plants, oil squeezed from the oil

plants comes out from the squeeze bars and the grooves of the squeeze loops. The residue is conveyed

to the end of the press chest and discharges in thin strips of oil cake from the space between the cake

adjuster and the loop for cake out. Then the whole separation process of oil from oil plants is completed.

6,Operation Process of ISO Standard Small MOQ Acceptable Sunflower Seed

Oil Making Machinery

1)Connect to the power and turn on the LDitch.

2)Regulate the temperature to be 150 -260, per raw materials.

3)Start the screw temperature heater

4)Start the motor forward-rotating when the temperature is okay.

5)First put a small amount of raw materials for pressing, to test whether the machine can be normal

operation. And batch input materials after the diesel smoothly.

6)Close the termperature heater when materials pressing finished. And let the machine working emty

for 2~5 mintues.

7)Stop the machine and disconnect the power when all the materials are pressing out.
