1, evaporator crystallizer process reason

The wax is a combination of monocarboxylic acids and monohydric alcohol. It has a higher melting

point (78-82 C) and is hard to be dissolved in oil or absorbed by human body. The wax impacts

on oil taste, transparency, also affects the processing. So it should be removed from the crude oil.

2, evaporator crystallizer introduction

Oil dewaxing process works under slowly stirring and cools the oil to certain temperature in fixed

time (technical security), and make waxy formed bigger crystallization, then separation exhalation,

after filtering, it separates the fluid oil and solid fat. After fractionation, the oil will be clean after 5.5

hours in 0 ℃, but it also can keep the transparency and flowability in the refrigerator and improve

the oil quality and appearance.

Main Structure of evaporator crystallizer:
This combined oil expeller is composed by four parts: feeder, press chamber, electrical control panel
and vacuum filter drum. The heating system is inside the press cage. The filtering drum is vacuum
filter with sight glass.
