Introduction of main equipments in pretreatment system:
1. Magnetic box: Clearing the iron impurity in the rice bran. In order to avoid the harmful to the following machines, the iron impurity need be moved first.
2. Cleaning: There are many different imputities in the rice bran, such as small stone, earth, straw and so on. They are not only broken the machine, but also effect the quality of final oil.
3. Puffing machine: The size of rice bran is very small, so it's not easy to press it.We will puff it and make it to small pellet. Then it will absorb more solvent in the solvent extraction section. The more oil will be extracted out.
4. Plate LD: The water content of the extractor must be about 10%, so the LD is used to adjust the water content in this step.
What is the main process like?
Brief introduction of solvent extraction section:
The solvent extractor is adopted in this process, using chemicals to separate oil out of flakes/expanded materials, grease dissolving into the solvent oil, so you can get miscella (mixture of solvent and oil), and then the evaporation equipments are used to evaporate the solvent out of miscella, the solvent gas are condensated and recycled, the remained Oil is crude oil.

Introduction of main solvent extraction equipments:
1. Solvent pumps: continuously spray solvent to the rotary-type extractor
2. Rotocel extractor: Spray and soak the pretreatment rice brain with solvent so that oil fats can
be dissolved in solvent(form miscella). After processing, you can get wet meal and miscella (mixed oil) .
3. DTDC: used to separate the solvent from the wet meal.
4. 1st Miscella tank: pump the miscella (oil with solvent) in to the miscella 1st, then add 10%
saline water to it. The phospholipid and impurities in the miscella will react with the saline wter,
at last the reactant precipitate, reaching the goal of purifying.
5. 2nd Miscella tank: the purified miscella will be pumped into it.
6. 1st evaporator, 2nd evaporator: used to separate the solvent from the oil. After this process,
the solvent can be removed 85%.
7. Miscella stripping: it will remove the remaining solvent in miscella. And the solvent will be
discharged to condenser for recycling.
8. Condensers: used to cooling the solvent gas separated from the wet meal and miscella for
recycling.
