Description of the Oil Extraction Equipment:
Pre-treatment → Solvent extraction →Refining (degumming,decolor, deodorizor) →Filter
→Edible oil

Oil extracting method is to immerse the oil seed flake, prepressing cake or puffed material embryo into
the selected solvent, oil dissolved in solvent form into mixed oil and then separate the mixed oil from
solid mill. Evaporate the solvent and separate from oil based on evaporation and stripping of the mixed
oil. Thus weget the crude oil. Solid meal after extracting contains a certain amount of solvent. Get the
product meal after desolventizing.the solvent vapor from wet meal desolventizing, mixed oil evaporation
andstripping and out of other equipment require recovery pass through condensation, paraffin oil
absorption.
