Brief introudction of oil press

Oil press machine which is also cald oil expeller, oil extraction machine or oil mill, it can be used for various raw materials. such as soybeans,peanuts,cotton seeds,rape seeds sesame seeds,sunflower seeds, canola seeds,coconuts seeds, tea seeds,palm seeds and oter oil crops widely.

The materials feeder:

The raw materials can go to the oil press machine through the feeder.

Vacuum filter:

The crude oil go to the vacuum filter, the physical impurities will be removed,which make the crude oil very clean and can be cooking directly.

Cake outlet:

After the oil pressing section, the raw materials will be divide into two parts, one parts is vegetable oil and the other part is raw materials cake. The cake can be used for animal feed.

Working principle of oil press

After slowing down , the power is passed to main axle and the squeezing bolt on principal axle will rotate to push the oil plants between screw threads to continuoustly advance , and the pressure will become greater and greater for the gradually reduced space between pressing chamber and squeezing bolt and increasing oil plants density ,during pressing , heat is generated because of the friction among oil plants grains and between oil plants and parts . so the two main factor for oil pressing technology , pressure and heat are created , which will destory the histiocyte of oil plants , press the oil spill out from oil thread and push the cake out of the mouth , when the spilled oil flow to the top of filtering drum through oil pan , the vacuum pump will draw the air out of the drum to create negative pressure in the drum . then oil is pumped into the drum through filter cloth and pure oil is obtained for the oil residue has been separate on the filter cloth
