Brief introduction of hydraulic oil press

Main structure

This machine mainly includes three parts:

1. main engine 2. hydraulic system 3.electrical system

The following is the specific introduction:

1. main engine:

Main engine includes base,upright,top plate,oil drip pan,nut and etc which is one of the main parts. When the oil material is put into the assemly of the press boring,then it being drived up by the oil cylinder piston ,oil will be outflow from the gap of press boring,and then pass the oil drip pan to the drum for oil storage.

Working principle

Reasonable pressing barrel and high oil yield rate: Using multistage boost and gradual compression principle, make the pressing chamber pressure increase rapidly, separate the oil seed and do one time fission;

Then adopts infrared temperature control system to automatically control pressing temperature and moisture, to soften oil seed directly and activate oil molecule. Stable squeezing, total squeeze one time, greatly improving the yield efficiency.

Raw material :

Hot pressing oil materials: sesame seeds, flax, peanut, wheat germ, corn germ,etc.

Cold pressing oil materials :pine seeds, almonds, olive, walnuts, camellia seed, macadamia nuts, etc.

Spices and traditional Chinese medicine :pepper, mustard, purple perilla, etc.
