Instructions: Use a sieve of around 30 mesh to sieve the seeds, to reduce the impurity yield to be below 0.5%, then soften the seeds,after the softening,the water yield should be around 9%, then cooking it,make the material in a temperature of 110 to 120 degree, and the water yield in 1-1.5%, then can be pressed in the oil presser.

Instructions: After the cleaning of the seed material,no need to use the cooking pot,while the water yield of the seed can influence the oil extracted rate directly,so to judge the dryness and wetness of seed material is the very crucial. Normally speaking, the water yield should be controlled in 5-8%.To judge the water yield,you can use your nail to squeeze the seed, if there is some sound,and can be divided into two slices,and the oil can be squeezed out,then the water yield is suitable. If the seeds will be powder after being squeezed,then the water yield is too little. If it becomes to be flat shape,then the water yield is too high.

Solvent oil extraction by using rapeseed peanut oil extraction machine

Solvent extraction is according to the extraction theory, use some kind of organic solvent which can dissolve the oil fat, by contacting with the oil material through solvent immersing or spraying, the oil can be extracted out from the oil material. The basic procedure is that: immerse the oil flake or prepressed oil cake into the exact solvent,the oil fat will be dissolved in the solvent, then become miscella, the miscella should be separated from the meal, and then the evaporation and stripping will take place according to the different boiling pot, to separate the evaporated solvent and the liquid oil, then we can get crude extracted oill. The solvent should be recovered through condensing and cooling. The solvent in the wet meal can also be recovered through desolventizing and roasting, then we can get dry meal. During the desolventizing and roasting, the evaporated solvent air will condense and cool and then be used again.
