Silica sand is an important raw material for glass, frit &ceramic and refractory production.
In view of the characteristics of silica sand and the drying issues that happened repeatedly in some sand drying plants, our factory specially designed and manufactured silica sand dryer. 4. Extended working life.
Because we dry materials by making clean hot air via stove and preheat barrel instead of heating drum directly, it avoids deformation and damage of drum. And the rotation speed of drum is slow, its working life is extended longer. We can assure the minimum working life of 20 years by our special design.

5. Sand output temperature is below 60 C and can be moved to warehouse without further cooling. Exhaust air temperature is less than 120 C, less heat-loss and dust collector bags’ working life could be doubled or more.
