First ,the peanut hulls needs to be removed because they absorb oil and give a lower yield. This dehulling is done by cracking the peanuts and a mechanical separation of the hulls and cracked peanuts.Using the de-stoner, vibrate sieve and other cleaning equipment to clean the stone,dust and other impurity,in order to get the high quality cake and oil and reduce the wastage of the machine.
2.SofteningUsing the softener to adjust the materialâs temperature and moisture,making the temperature reach 70-75 centigrade,in order to get oil easily.
3. FlakingUsing the flaking mill to make the material into flake,increasing the surface area of exit oil.The thickness should be 0.3-0.35mm, it maybe broken easily if it is too thin.
4.CookingEvaporating the water, to control the moisture at 2%-5% or 3%-5%.5.Pressing
