Working principle of coffee roaster
The material is fed from the feeding hopper, when the drum rotating, the screw moves in reversed direction to avoid the beans adhering to the inner wall of the drum.
when the drum rotating in reversed direction, the beans will be discharged. There is a cooling try in the outlet, which can help the roasted beans cool down quickly.
The material of the drum is good quality stainless steel, durable and easy to clean.
