Pomegranate machine is mainly used for wine and pomegranate drinks.The working procedure is to go through the selection,clean,fresh,cut,squeeze to open,separate peel and pulp,then the pulp just come out with crushing conveyor.
Instruction:
About the processing of pomegranate, this machine usually push them into upper crushing plant to separate by going through entry hopper. Then squeeze them again in down crushing plant. After these two separating process, the foods and cores will almost separate with each other, then draw into separating devices. We can see that the seeds will drop into holes of device with skins lifting from tail parts. So seeds and fruit juice will be in the next process with the help of screw pump.

Breaking roller can adjust the distance between up and down roller,breaking roller is flexible structure.
Breaking device about up and down device can change to cutting device,can used to process Passionflower,Pomegranate etc,to separate skin and meat.
Stirring shaft and Trommel can change its speed.
