Detail decription of the leaching workshop:
First, the pre-pressed cake goes through the stor box, and then the enmasse conveyor convey the pre-pressed cake to the rotary-type extractor through the seal auge. The rotary-type extractor rotates at the speed of 90-110miutes per circle, at the same time the pumps spray solvent to the rorary-type constantly. Thus, this process makes sure that the cake can be completely soaked, so that the oil in the cake can dissolve to the solvent maximumly and becomes the miscella(solvent and oil). After the soakage, the cake will becomes wet meal.
The next thing should to be done is separating the solvent in the miscella, and the solvent in the wet meal.
The miscella will be sent to the 1st miscella tank by the pump, then add 10% saline water to it. Along chemical reaction with the saline water, the phospholipid and impurities in the miscella will expand, cohesion and precipitate at last. So that can reach the goal of purifying the the miscella.
Next, pump miscella into raising film evaporation through the 2nd tank. Most solvent will be gasified and evaporated when be heated due to low steam point thus greatly improve oil concentration. It can get rid of 85% solvent first time and 95% solvent for the 2nd evaporator's processing. And residual solvent will be removed after gas stripping treatment.
Wet meal will be conveyed into desolventizer-toaster(DTDC)for desolventizing. Separated solvent gas will go to condenser and enter into water separator after cooling. Since the solvent density is smaller than water density, solvent will flow into solvent tank for recycling.
