1.Method of oil refineries Process:
1) Intermittence oil refining
2) Semi-continuous oil refining

2.Refining Process.
1) Crude oil alkali Refining
First, crude oil is put into balance tank. When the oil heated to 70-80 °C,the alkali water which heated by hot water is put into the balance tank. Then they are beginning to reaction to rid off the acid. Semi-refining oil and soapstock are got. Semi-refining oil is transported to decolorizing tank. Soapstock is transported to soapstock tank.
2) Semi-refining oil decolorizing
This part uses the clay to decolorizing the semi-refining oil. First, the oil and clay are mixed. After a short time, the color will get out from oil. Then the vibrating filter will separate the oil and clay. The oil get from this step is called decolorizing oil.
3) Decolorizing oil deodorizing
The function of this part is move the odour from the oil. The steam will play an important role in this processing. For most materials, this is the last step and edible oil have got.
4) Dewax
For rice bran oil, sunflower oil and corn embryo oil need the dewax process. The oil contains a lot of wax, which comes from the skin of oil seed.

1)Continuous neutralization reduces contacting duration between oil and alkali, which will reduce oil saponification and refining loss and improve refining yield.
2)Combined mixing in advance and bleaching by steam agitation, bleaching process with easy operation improves bleaching efficiency and saves amount of bleaching earth used. In negative pressure condition hot oil does not contact oxygen in air, which assures high quality oil is get and acid value and peroxide value are controlled.
3)The latest continual deodorizer is suitable in de-acidification and deodorization of vegetable oil with high acid value and low level gum. The most obvious advantages of this deodorizer proved in actual production include: very strong de-acidification ability, good hot bleaching effect, high refining yield (enhances 0.4/AV) and low steam consumption etc.
4)Many heat changing times and full utilization of energy will reduce steam consumption obviously. Other advantages include: easy adjustment and operation, high automaticity and good environment etc.
