1.Automatic production process of soybean oil making plant
Pretreatment: The pretreament is the necessary to make the oil,generally speaking the pretreatment including cleanning,decladding,softening,flaker and so on.
Cleaning: it will remove the impurity from the material to improve the quality of the oil.
Softening: Increasing the material elastoplasticity by controlling the wet and the temperature,so that improve the oil yield.
Flaker:The material should have the balance of the thickness,have the suit size,not lost of the oil and so on.
Press: Oil press operation, will handle good embryo into the hopper, oil from the hopper into the pressing chamber.By squeezer to advance into the spiral, squeezing.Because of material embryo in oil press in the bore of the press is under the running condition, under the condition of pressing chamber pressure, embryo and produce a lot of friction between squeezer, pressing chamber resistance.So you can make the embryo and material embryo produces friction caused by relative motion.Another face, squeezer root circle diameter is gradually enlargement, when press screw rotation, thread to make material embryo outward to move forward and reverse, at the same time close to squeeze material layer on the surface of the screw thread with pressing shaft rotation, which in the pressing chamber of each embryo material particles are not the same direction of the movement speed, etc.And also there is relative motion between particles.Friction heat and satisfy the oil necessary to process operations on a quantity of heat, helps to embryo protein denaturation, destroyed the colloid, increased the plastic, but also reduces the viscosity of oil, easy to squeeze out the oil, thus increasing the spiral oil press.
2.Extraction
Using normal hexane to getting more oil, to improve the oil yield.
3.Refining
Degumming:We are using a special wet degumming,Thorough removal of colloid. Improve the quality of rice bran oil.
Decoloring :Premixing the a certain amount of clay with 20% degumming oil in the premix tank , then using the oil pump pump the premixing oil and the rest 80% oil in the vacuum decolorization tower to get rid of the pigment,then using platetype filter to separate the oil and the waste clay.
Dewaxing:Wax affects the taste of the oil and it's transparency.Poor solubility in oil, cannot be absorbed by human.
Deacidification /Deodorization:Avoid large amounts of neutral oil accident losses, using high temperature and high vacuum environment, by using the method of steam stripping deodorization, removing acid.
Degrease:Different from other oil,rice bran not only exists wax,but also exists fat at low temperature.Effective separation of solid fat are more critical in the process
