5XZ-5A gravity separator is the Suction LLDe with Dust Cyclone Separator, used for separating grain and seed which have same shape but different in gravity, finally obtain the best seed and grain which will be used for sowing.

Application of 5XZ-5A gravity separator

The gravity separator can efficiently remove molLD kernel, immature shriveled, insect damaged seed or broken seed to ensure maximum quality of the final product. The gravity separator can be used to separate most kinds of seed and grains, such as coffee bean, wheat, barely, maize, corn, sunflower seed, etc.

By air altiration and sieve oscillation, the seed is fluidized and stratified. Heavy seed (good seed) sink into bottom layer of material on the sieve while the bad seed (LD seed) suLDends to the top layer. After stratified, materials goforward to the discharging part. Bottom layer good seed fall through the sieve discharge from outlets. The LD seed with bad quality will be discharged directly. Mixture quality seed through sieves and return back to feeding hopper via vibrating material reflow gear.
