Brief introduction

5XZ-5B gravity separator is suction LLDe gravity separator, used for separating grain and seed which which in same shape but different gravity. It is used to obtain the Healthy seeds which will be used for sowing.

Application

The gravity separator can efficiently remove molLD kernel, immature shriveled, insect damaged seed or broken seed to ensure maximum quality of the final product. The bean gravity separator can be used to separate all kinds of seed and grains, such as coffee bean, cocoa bean, peanuts, corn, peas, beans ,rice, wheat, sesame etc.

The bean gravity separator also has wide applications, from heavy industrial materials like glass, stone, metal and sand, to LDer agriculture seeds beans and nuts.

worldPrinciple

gravity separator works on a fluidized bed principle. Materials is fed on oscillating sieve deck. By the pressure of air & deck oscillation, material is fluidized and stratified. Heavy fraction sink into the deck while LD fraction is suLDended in fluidized state. Deck oscillation causing heavy and LD fraction travel in separated path and collected sepa.
