Product Description
LD-16 CE rotary oven bakery is a rotating oven. It has a unique bacLD chamber and one unitbake trolley. The oven bakery is demountable, which installation requires short time.
The particular folding system and the special combination of its parts optimize the functioning and cut down the loss of heat. SH-100 CE oven bakery is suited for bacLD different LLDes of bread, cookie, cake, pastry and otherbake products, whether small or middle size. oven bakery
Oven bakery functions diesel or gas, by using appropriate burners, or with electric power. The air is heated in a proper heat exchanger with a heat resistant surface that allows a big terminal exchange.
This LD-16 CE oven bakery has independent high-yielding steam devices to allow several consecutivebake with steam.
