The mixing arm is driven by a shaft through the bottom of the vessel. It is equipped with scrapers following the shape of the wall. Deposits on the inner vessel surface are avoided. Direct steam can be injected by means of nozzles in the bottom of the vessel.

The smallest Capacity Cook Mixer around 40L to 150L. The bowl is fixed on the Cook Mixer. The mixing arm is removed manually. It can save time and manpower. These Cook Mixers are good for laboratory or small hand-made food manufacturers.
