Brief introduction of machinerys:
Commercial flake ice machinery is small-sized products specially desityed for clients who need less amount of ice. It has the advantages of small space requirement, easy maintenance and convenient relocation. The components of the machinery are made of stainless steel SUS304, aluminum alloy, and PE that are in good conformance with the international standard LDand FDA. The ice from this machinery is very dry, pure, powderless, uneasy blocLD. This machinery can work constantly and efficiently for more than 10,000 hours without fauLDs.
Scope of application:
The commercial flake ice maker is particularly suitable for refreshing vegetables and foodstuff in supermarket and quick cooling for processing fishery products and butchery.
Notes:
1) Besides standard voLDage, we can produce the ice machinery with 3 phase, 60Hz, 200/220v, 400v, 440v, according to customers' request.
2) Standard ambient temperature: 25degree, water supply temperature: 16degree, evaporating temperature:-20degree.
3) Applicable ambient temperature:5-40 degree, water supply temperature:0-40 degree
4) This series products are applicable to fresh water. Refrigerant:R404a(for 0.5t-1t ice machinery); Refrigerant: R22(for 1.5t-3t ice machinery). If you choose R404a, please advise in advance.
5) The outer size includes ice storage bin size.
6) Thickness of ice:1.5mm-2.0mm

The flake ice machinery worldprinciple:
The refrigerant in the refrigeration system absorbs heat from evaporator Barrel inside surface through throttling
and evaporating, make the surface temperature drop to below freezing points and instantaneous ice-up happens when the water flow through the evaporator inside surface. the formed ice layer is scratched-off by rotating ice blade and falled down and stored in the Ice Storage till full, then compressor shut down by
the controller. The machinery restarts automatically when the ice level go low. This cycle repeats and ice is
continuous produced .
