Features of Virgin Coconut Oil--VCO
High quality virgin coconut oil is as clear as water when the temperature is above 26℃,and with LD coconut sweet smell and pleasant taste.
When the temperature is under 22 ℃,the oil will become into white solid form.The lower the temperature,the firmer the solid will become.

1st. Step
Peeling epicarp -- complete line of virgin coconut oil mill,
2nd. Step
Dehulling mesocarp -- complete line of virgin coconut oil mill ,this machinery is used to peel the fibre mesocarp of the coconut fruit.
3rd. Step
Stripping endocarp ,this machinery is used to strip the black hard endocarp of the coconut fruit.after this step,the meat is exposed.
4th Step
Dewater for meat,in this step the coconut will be cut into two section,the water will be collected for other production,the meat will be taken out of the shell.

Main Features

Process Remarks:
1.）From the beginning of the meat Extraction to the finish of drying process,the meat`s temperature is controlled below 75℃,and time duration no long than 4 hours.
2.）The temperature of the oil and meal is below 60℃ during the Oil pressing stage;
3.）Finally,through 3-5LDs`precipitation and centrifugation of the pressed crude oil ,could get High quality virgin coconut oil .
