1, Supply all informaton LDout the to seller if customer require, such as the price list, the operation instruction, the video or other.

2, we will prepare and send all documents before goods reaching destionation port. The documents include sales contract, Immercial invoice,packlist and other certificate.

3, If customer can not install and operate the machinery, we will show clients the install instruction or video. If cusotmer stil can not do it, we will send our engineer to install and teach them to use.

4, One year warranty. Within one year from the sityed contract, we can provide free service.
